Complaint Handling

Relevant to complaint officers and those authorised to deal with 3 day resolution complaints.

Package includes provision of training material and full days training course.

The course will cover:

  • Complaint recognition.
  • Obtaining and recording sufficient information to understand the complaint.
  • Seeking three-day resolution.
  • Gathering and correlating evidence.
  • Drafting summary resolution communications and FRLs.

Fixed Fee £2000 excluding VAT per session – course limited to 20 attendees. (the fee is based on the training being conducted at your offices. If your business does not have this facility arrangements can be made for off-site training at an additional cost).
